All orders ship the same day or the next business day, with possible delays during the holiday season.
We ship worldwide. Standard shipping in the U.S. contiguous states is $10, with free returns. Express shipping options in the U.S. are $30 for 1-2 days and $15 for 3-5 days.
Shipping costs for orders outside the U.S. contiguous states are calculated at checkout, including duties and taxes. Express shipping is not available outside the U.S., but orders ship the same day or next.
Return shipping fees apply for international returns. All orders are trackable, and you'll receive an email with tracking details once shipped.
RETURN INFORMATION
We offer FREE RETURNS in U.S contiguous states.
Our policy lasts 30 days. After 30 days of receiving the product we cannot help with a return or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
All orders placed using any special promotional code, except the welcome code, are not eligible for return. You can, however, exchange the product for any other product in the same category. (A bag purchase can only exchange for another bag and a headband for another headband). This is a one time exchange only and must be started within 30 days of receiving your order.
