Returns & Exchanges


We stand behind the quality of our handbags and want you to be completely happy with your purchase. In the slight chance that you are not, our return policy is 14 days. Unfortunately, after 14 days we cannot accept returns. Please email us at with the order number and we'll email you a free domestic (contiguous U.S.) shipping label for the return.

International orders will have to be shipped back at the customers' expense. International orders may also be subject to import duties and other government charges that will have to be paid by customer prior to releasing the shipment.

To be eligible for a return, your handbag must be unused and in the its original condition and packaging. 



Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within 7-10 business days, please contact your credit card company, as the delay may be from their side.

For bank account refunds, please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items or items bought at a discount or using a promocode cannot be returned or exchanged.



We will exchange damaged/defective handbags.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with pictures of the defect/damage to for your free shipping label.



If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you as gift receiver, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
