At Simitri, we are committed to mindful production. Each style is created in limited quantities for online release, while pieces stocked at boutiques are made to order—ensuring minimal waste and thoughtful craftsmanship.
All orders are processed and shipped the same day or the next business day. Please note that slight delays may occur during the holiday season due to increased shipping volumes.
We ship worldwide. For orders within the contiguous United States, we offer a flat shipping rate of $10, along with complimentary returns.
You may also choose from the following expedited shipping options within the United States:
1-2 Days - $30 for Unites States.
3-5 Days - $15 for United States.
International Shipping & Returns
We offer international shipping outside the contiguous United States. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order, using our trusted global shipping partners.
Duties & Taxes
All applicable duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. You will not be required to pay any additional charges upon delivery.
Shipping Timelines
While express shipping options are not currently available for international orders, all orders are processed and dispatched the same day or the next business day.
International Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges from outside the contiguous United States are accepted; however, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please note that duties and taxes paid at checkout are non-refundable. In eligible cases, a store credit equivalent to the duties paid may be issued upon successful return.
