Our policy lasts 30 days. After 30 days of receiving the product we cannot help with a return or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

All orders placed using any special promotional code, except the welcome code, are not eligible for return. You can, however, exchange the product for any other product in the same category.
